I found the elevator a bit outdated, which made it inconvenient during busy times. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a charming place with a lot of potential, but a few areas need some attention to enhance the experience.

i had a great 6-night stay at 77 seventy-seven, maison d'art collection. the location was fantastic, just a quick walk to many historical attractions and close to public transport. the gym, sauna, and splash pool were excellent, and the rooftop bar had amazing views, especially of the basilica santa maria maggiore. the staff was polite and super helpful, making my stay even better.

Awesome stay in Rome!

Super clean rooms and comfy beds. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the Colosseum and other sights. The staff was really friendly and helped us stash our bags before check-in. Only thing was the spa fees weren’t included, which was a bummer.
